It’s View Point Wang Kelian, located at Kaki Bukit, Perlis. Wang Kelian is situated at the northern part of Perlis and is one of the northernmost villages in Peninsular Malaysia.  In order to reach the View Point Wang Kelian, you need to drive up all the way to the hill and you will see some crowd there and recommended to be there around 6am to catch the gorgeous sunrise! The view from the top is truly spectacular with sea of clouds and is said to be the best sunrise view in Perlis!
